A goofy paradise.
With plenty of choices of islands and surf spots, you'll always find something that'll please you, from epic surf breaks that might just make you question your life choices, to waterfalls that are Instagram-worthy and rice paddies so green they'll make your eyes do a double-take.
Plus, the Indonesian people are some of the friendliest you'll ever meet, always ready to share a smile, a story, or an incredible local dish. It’s a place where the waves are as warm as the welcome.
Sri Lanka
A regular paradise.
We went for Sri Lanka in July and in this period, it's Arugam Bay season with plenty of right-handers mellow waves, perfect for those who prefer a chill ride over a gnarly one.
But that’s not all; the island also boasts epic safaris where you can spot majestic elephants casually strolling by while you’re trying to catch the best sunset. It’s like a surf-and-safari combo deal where every day is an adventure and every night is a party.
